Biohazard Cleanup Team (biohazardcleanupteam.com) is a referral and lead-routing service. We connect visitors requesting biohazard / crime scene cleanup services with independent local service providers. We do not perform the services ourselves.
Information we collect
When you submit a service request, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, service needed, city or area, urgency, and your description of the job. We also log the page the request came from. If you call the phone number on this site, the call may be tracked and recorded for routing and quality purposes.
How we use and share it
We use your request to route it to one or more independent local service providers who may contact you by phone, text, or email about the service you requested. That sharing is the purpose of the service — by submitting a request with consent checked, you authorize it. We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing.
Your choices
You may ask us to delete your submitted information or stop sharing it with providers, and you may opt out of further contact from any provider directly with that provider. To exercise these choices, email partners@corneliacove.com.
Data retention & security
Request data is retained only as long as needed for routing, quality, and legal compliance, and is protected with reasonable technical safeguards. No internet transmission is perfectly secure; submit only the information the request requires.
